Zoka Coffee Roaster Tea Co - Portage

Zoka used to be my favorite place, the atmosphere is definitely excellent. But the new barista is so rude and hostile. No greeting, no explanation, no patience. Even when the customers greeted her, she hardly replied with a good . I used to come here constantly and always worried about no table available. But now, it 's deserted enough to choose wherever I like. See, the customers know that they are not welcome. I give four stars only for having a very nice experience in the past.

I am giving five stars because the team member who is working today (4/19) at Zoka was killin it! From what I saw it’s just her taking orders, making coffee, heating up food. Today was packed and she was zipping to and from the register. Thank you for keeping your composure and serving the coffee with joy! The food and coffee was good too

First time visiting this location. I’ve been to the Kirkland location many times. Coffee is always very consistent. Lots of seating available.

I've been here 3 times. The first time I got a London Fog w/soy milk, the two other times, I got soy, black white hot chocolate with peppermint. All three times, I was greeted warmly, and best of all, my drinks have been made perfectly, and exactly how I ordered them! Not being a coffee drinker, this doesn't happen often. What a treat! Great employees, great service, and great hot drinks! Well done!

I absolutely love Zoka! Great environment, good coffee, and friendly staff. I could spend all day here studying and not get tired of it!
