Ziki Japanese - Portage

Nicely appointed small Japanese restaurant near Portage's city center. Good food, good service. They serve hibachi style food but have no Hibachi tables. Definitely a place I'd go to again.

I enjoyed the food immensely and my waitress was very friendly. I came at lunch because I really wanted a bento and I was very happy with everything I ordered! The Manhattan roll I got was absolutely scrumptious, too.

We order online, the food is good but the accuracy is frustrating and bad. Today we ordered two orders of salmon nigiri and only got one. The online order shows two, the fulfillment ticket with the food shows only one. So we got charged $5 for missing salmon. In the past we've ordered nigiri and gotten rolls instead. The systems aren't connected and it's too frustrating and unreliable. I will avoid online ordering from here in the future.

Loved this place I would definitely go back. Rangoons where great. Sushi was good I may have just not found my roll there yet.

The sushi was excellent, and the waitress we had was very helpful and knowledgeable. We quick service. The Japanese soda was fun and tasted good. I have a garlic allergy, and they were very clear on what was in what and were happy to make substitutions. This might be my new sushi spot.
