Smoothie King - Portage

I like to visit smoothie king and I am very disappointed that it was 4 times now I went there to not get a smoothie and multi-vitamins and energy boost that put in and yes they can say if they don't get their multi-vitamin, I'm disappointed because I feel like I won't go there anymore I want to pay for something I don't get

Excellent customer service. The young lady taking our order was very patient with us first-timers and gave us great recommendations. On the way out, my son spilled his smoothie, and both young ladies were so kind and gracious with us, making him a new drink and helping us clean up. We were very impressed all around!

This smoothies restaurant is AMAZING! This place is SO clean, I mean it's crazy how clean it was!! Thank you so much ladies!!!

My mom took me here to get a smoothie with a barking dog in the car, I asked politely first to hold on just a second because my mom was rushing me and the person taking care of us was rushing me, I didn’t have anytime to look at the menu and I told the lady countless times to hold on. Ultimately we got no smoothies and my mom yelled at me. Whoever was taking care of us needs to have a little more patience, I blame you for my ruined afternoon. And I didn’t get to try a smoothie. I would give zero stars

Usually love this place. I bring my family here often. Usually love what we get. Just one complaint. This is why I gave three stars instead of five. We order vegan smoothies for a reason. My family is lactose intolerant and dairy effects all of us poorly. We have experienced a number of times getting whey protein instead of the vegan option. There is a different taste so it is easy to tell. Also that we don’t feel well afterwards. Please make sure your staff are in tuned to the importance of this difference.
