Hair in chicken parm sandwiches ordered $50 worth of lunch prior to them opening had it delivered 12pm called and asked for refunded was told I was only gonna get $5 refund as the manager was the one on the phone who stated this. So $5 refund for $50 order View all feedback.
Ordered for delivery about an hour and a half ago and it had not arrived yet. I called to figure out what was going on and it took 15 minuets to finally talk to someone. And when i did she was very rude and just told me “its on the way” didnt ask for my name or anything. And when i tried to ask further she tried hanging up on me!I have rarely had a problem with this location before.The delivery driver was the manager and she was super sweet and apologized alot. I explained the situation to her so hopefully things change.I understand being understaffed and stressed but some information besides “its on the way” would be helpful.
I have been ordering from Domino's for almost two years, with monthly orders. Last Friday, I placed an order for delivery as usual. I paid with my credit card and did not add a tip, as I intended to tip in cash. Despite the pizza not meeting the 2-minute guarantee as stated on the box, I was willing to overlook it. However, when I checked my credit card statement today, I noticed that a tip had been added without my consent. I am disappointed that employees would steal from customers. Even though it may be a small amount to some, I am concerned about how to prevent this from happening again, and to ensure it does not happen to others who may not catch it. This incident has left a bad impression on me, and Friday's order may have been my last from Domino's as I do not want to support a company where employees steal from customers.
Have cooked at least 3 pizzas in the last year and a half with hair in the cheese! very disgusting they must not wear hair nets! I called them to wear nets to prevent such a thing happening in the future, and they were unprofessional about their fault. we have never received an apologies, let alone money back for inedible foods. I recommend everywhere else for pizza!
The domino is the best if we let the people who work here, deliver or deliver out are very nice! and our orders are always correct and so delicious!
