Hadn’t received them or heard anything, so I reached out via their website on January 3rd to see if I could get tracking/shipping confirmation. I also called several times but never got through to a human. It’s January 23rd and they’ve now sent an order cancellation, stating they don’t have the candles in stock. Of course not.. it’s been over a month. Horrible customer service! Do not recommend. Maybe someday I’ll get a refund!
