Worst customer service management platform ever! Don't order online and don't bother calling the store- you'll get a defective, generated answering service. For such a large corporation, this is a major turn off to your guests. Don't even offer online ordering if you're going to be this unorganized. View all feedback. Chipotle is a nice Mexican Restaurant. This Location is conveniently located with Ample Parking. There is an outdoor seating area as well for beautiful summer days. The inside is usually very well kept The Prices are q little higher than other fast food joints but the service and the quality of the food makes up for it. Most of the stores issues are because of the labor shortage. The employees they have work hard and do a good job. Kudos for the employees
