Cashier had an unfriendly attitude tried to use the washroom, but there was faeces all over the toilet, and it looked like it had not been cleaned. I called the manager after I left the store. View all feedback.
My friends grabbed the food. I used the washroom. I should have went to McDonalds. Not a pleasant experience. Last cleaned last Thursday I think.

The store was dirty, garbages were overfill, tables dirty, floors dirty and flies everywhere, even on the doughnuts.
I walked in 10:45pm and went to use washroom before I ordered… manager (I assume) opened the bathroom door to tell me they are closing in 3 mins… I asked him if there wasn’t a female employee working that could have spoken to me. He dismissed me by saying he only opened the door.. I asked at 10:51 pm what time they close and he said they close the front at 10:55pm and close at 11:00 pm… My husband told me he locked the door right after I walked in at 10:45pm I’m disabled and he made me exit out the side door far from my car because he didn’t want to unlock the door at 10:53pm that he isn’t supposed to lock until 10:55pm and I wasn’t even asked if I was going to order anything. It seems Tim Hortons staff have no respect for privacy or their customers in their washrooms!!
Went in at 5am, music was blaring as if a concert was happening. I asked for crispy bacon, and was told it just comes how it is. Pure laziness. Customer service has gone out the window. McDonald's got my business today.
