I make it a priority to eat at Bojangles any time I visit a city where they actually have a location. I would love it if they made their way out west, to Texas or further West, but even still I enjoy my experience every time I eat here! Delicious chicken, tasty biscuit, well-made meal. What April Smith doesn't like about Bojangles:
This place is horrible. I tried to order a family dinner pack from the menu, and when she gave me my total, it was $10 more than the menu price. I asked why and she told me the price changed. Then she told me I got 2 more sides than the menu stated, whichwas the larger family combo. I told her NO that 's not the combo I won 't. I would like the other one and told her what it was,and she said it comes with 3 sides. Th... View all feedback.
To make matters worse, when I reached the window, I learned that because of the larger family combo, my order would take an additional 20 minutes to prepare, and I didn’t have that kind of time. As a result, I had to leave without dinner for my family. They really need to improve their service and ensure that their staff is knowledgeable about the menu.
I'm not quite sure what's going on with this location. We've passed through the area a few times, and each time, either the staff can't seem to ring us up or the place is closed by 7:30 PM. My family really enjoys Bojangles, but this location shouldn't even be listed on maps since it feels impossible to actually get food here. I can't help but wonder if there's something else going on behind the scenes.
I was incredibly disappointed with this location. First of all, the wait was absurd. We sat by the window for 20 minutes without receiving our food, even though it wasn't particularly busy. When they finally brought our drinks, they were filled to the brim with ice, causing the tops to spill over, while there was hardly any actual drink inside. To make matters worse, my order was wrong; I received a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit instead of the Cajun fillet biscuit I had ordered. All the biscuits were dry, and the fries were undercooked. Additionally, they didn't provide any straws, and I never received my coffee. At this point, there was a huge line at the drive-thru, and I wasn't about to wait for another hour to sort out the issues. We tried to call to voice our complaints, but there was never an answer. It's really disappointing to see that this is the level of service they offer. This wasn't just a one-off mistake. Save your money and go somewhere else. Unfortunately, this hasn't been our only mediocre experience here in the past month.
Do NOT go to this Bojangles. This was some of the worst service I have ever received. 10 am on a Saturday it took us 40 min to get our food (2 chicken biscuits and bo rounds) after we ordered. And after all of that our food was cold! We counted 5 peopleworking so there was no reason for this. We didn 't get so much as a sorry for the wait either. I could have just driven towaffle house, ordered an all star breakfast, ate it, paid, and watched 2 drinks fight in the parking lot and it would have takenless time. Safe to say I will not be back.
Usually decent experience here. Not today. My wife had to wait for the workers to come back to the window 3 times to give her all the food, because they didn't know what she was supposed to have. Then we get individual sides instead of the family sizedsides, no half gallon of tea (though she didn't ask because it's terrible anyway) and no sauce for the supremes. Maybe newpeople, but that's a waste of time and money.
