Agave Bar And Grill 2 Mexican Restaurant

I love this place. We were only passing through for 1 night on our way to Cocoa Beach. If we were staying longer I would probably eat 2 meals a day here. We got it to go and took it to our hotel right behind the restaurant. It was exactly what we needed. My wife got the fajita steak nachos and I had the Texas Fajitas, which was amazing!!!! Honestly, the place doesn't have a lot of ambiance with the bright lighting, but there is plenty of seating, very friendly wait staff and, as I said, the food was amazing.

This place is definitely not authentic, Taco Bell is more authentic than this place. I’ll definitely won’t be dining here again. A plate is supposed to come with rice and beans automatically. I’ve eaten just about everywhere in the US because I’m a foodie and I travel 85% out of the year. This place makes you order them separately. Which charges you more of course. $38 for 1 person, only drink I had was a tea. Are you kidding me??? Have some pride in making the food please! The beans were watery, the rice was bland…ugh, the enchiladas were so awful that I was expecting to just get full of off the rice and beans but was let down after a few bites. The tortilla chips were the only thing edible and those barely had any taste. Find a different place to eat Mexican food. I am Mexican and this is the worst place I’ve ever eaten at!

Good food, very affordable. They have drink specials on margaritas, frozen or on the rocks. Waitresses give service with a smile. If you're in town give them a try, you won't regret it!

The food here is amazingly good. It's fresh with no gristle as you often get at Mexican restaurants. Can recommend!

We had 7ppl and the only thing that tasted good was the fries. Queso was fair. The beef taco tasted horrible, like no beef taco I've ever had before. Chips were hard. Way too many onions on burrito. Service was extremely slow even though they weren't busy. I gave 3 stars for service bc she was very kind. Learned my lesson on relying on Google reviews to pick a place to eat on a trip. We clearly didn't eat our tacos or half the other food and nothing was comped. $125 for bad food ?
