The Beach - Port-Vila

We stumbled inadvertently over the beach bar when we visited hideaway island and were invited to visit one of the workers we talked to. Sunday evening, when we hosted a circus show that was really good! we then visited again on Friday due to their fireshow and what a show it was professional and ingenious and it gets really people together. the owners/managers of the family bar were always present and they get the impression that the local and the expats all like to go along and enjoy the location on the beach and hospitality and entertainment. the food was nice and there was also a happy hour that made drinks accessible price wise. the prices were as expected for a bar, less than the city center. recommended for a trip to efate. I saw the best sunset I've ever seen in the beach bar.

Great place. fantastic fireshow on Friday nights. excellent eating, even better cocktails. good price. highly recommended!

Great bar and they have a fire show every Friday night. come early to avoid disappointment at 1700. they have great pizzas.

Nice bar and location. Average food. The bar has a nice atmosphere right on the beach which by the way is great for swimming with the kids. The cocktails are nice, but I did find the food very average. I had a vegetable salad which was suppose to have a pesto sauce which I could not taste and so it was very bland. Also had a curry which was nice enough but did not have much spice or flavour either. We went to the Friday night fire show, which they have on every Friday, and it is really cool I was impressed with their creativity of some of their choreography. It is a free show but it's appreciated if you give a donation at the end.

Only 30 mins drive from Port Villa, The Beach Bar was a lovely venture out. The view was beautiful. The stand out for us was the island salad (Roasted sweet potato and eggplant). The food met our expectations.
