Anchor Inn - Port Vila

I had an evening here and found it pretty good but small room for improvement. Basically, it’s a good place to come and get a cold beer overlooking waters edge over looking the bay. Other patrons were nice and easy going Food isn’t too bad but nothing to shout about. Centrally located in Port Vila. Would recommend. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Toilets clean. Staff are very helpful and eager to please.

Stopped in and had some chips and a drink while in the area, had a great view but would be nice if they could stop the locals harassing you while trying to eat and drink. (dont let them put lizards on you cause they will try and make you pay)

Still exactly the same as it was 2 1/2 years ago. Prices abit higher but duty free shop next door is great value for buying booze

Had an amazing time here 12 years ago, bought souvenirs at the shop I out the front, what the hell has happened? Tables piled up in the corner windows smashed, dirty, untidy a complete and utter dive. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I gave it 1 star for the cold Tusker, I drank it and left.

An ingenious bar staff and the local singer were unrealistic. he made an amazing reggae cover from hotel california. had an explosion! the visit is definitely worth when they are in vila.
