We order this industry for delivery on numerous occasions. This was the first time I thought there was a problem with my order and the manager was quick to help. When hanging up I realized that I was the one who made the mistake, so I quickly called back to explain that I was guilty and they were very understanding! What User doesn't like about Debonairs Pizza:
The 3 stars is for the longest waiting period, I had to wait for a good 50 mins for a small pizza and to make matters worse I ordered online so I couldn't understand what was the problem. But the pizza they made was divine View all feedback.
1 completely wrong small pizza and one with unasked for mushrooms on.They also took wqy too long just for 2small pizza's and the place was empty.Worst place
Placed an order at 17:37 for them to deliver and they could not find my order.... Went into the premises and then found my order at 19:05....worst experience ever.... Two delivery motor bikes parked but not delivering anywhere
Many times online ordered by Debonairs, a few times we were so unhappy with our purchase when the pizzas were untidy and all messy, I have no picture but the time we ordered Malva pudding, it was terrible(never again I will order this)... But many times we got our orders beautiful and neat as you can see
Debonairs is top-tier in deals and promotions. They maintain that standard at Oribi Plaza Debonairs. It was such a convenient dinner option
