Domino's Pizza - Port Orchard

I found all the staff I interacted with to be friendly and understanding. Occasionally, there were slight delays and misunderstandings, but they consistently took the time to correct their mistakes and sincerely apologized. Despite the occasional rush and mix-ups, they make a genuine effort to be as fast and efficient as possible while addressing all questions to the best of their ability. It’s important to remember that the staff are human, not robots! The food is consistently delicious, served hot, and beautifully presented. They also offer a great selection of vouchers that provide excellent value for money. My partner and I frequently order from them, and we definitely recommend them for a pizza night or a cozy evening in.

Several members of my family have been loyal customers of Lund Ave Domino for over a decade, and I can't recall a single instance where we encountered any issues. While no establishment is flawless and there may be occasional complaints, we have never experienced that here. The customer service is consistently excellent, and the food is always delicious! I've been back to this restaurant recently, and I’m pleased to say that both the customer service and food quality have improved significantly. I wanted to update my review because I had a much better experience this time around! Previously, however, all the food I received was burned. When I arrived, there was another customer waiting, and I made sure to ask if she had been helped to avoid cutting in line. Despite the fact that the Domino's tracker indicated her order had been ready for 30 minutes, she was still waiting. The staff member on duty couldn't provide her with an estimated time for her food, claiming they were busy with around 20 orders. Interestingly, my order was handed to me after about three minutes, but it was clear that they didn't ensure the quality of the food, despite their claims to do so.
