What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a sandwich to go and waited half an hour, yet they didn’t even start preparing it until five minutes before it was ready. This Waffle House was not up to the standard of others I’ve visited. I also ordered an extra potato add-on for $3.50, but the waffles I received were tasteless and undercooked. The load was very clean, and the manager name ivy wade (manager) she got perfect cooking the egg and she very attentive and also our waitress chrissy is nice and friendly!
Food was good but there was only one family in the restaurant other than mine and they made us sit right next to the bathrooms. Reason they said being was that the other section an entire side of the restaurant other than three tables which otherwise I would've been back to back with the other family with two kids- was closed. So instead I got side of the table covered in syrup which I wipe down myself. The waitress was nice the cook was not very friendly she was a little nicer towards the end but I don't like to hear The toilet flush why eat unless of course I have diarrhea otherwise the table is very inconvenient other than that no complaints!
I want to start off by saying I’ve been in management for 14 years. The two women that are working tonight are awesome! I’ve been to this location several times and the service has not been very pleasant. These two work fantastic together, they are attentive, and they are both awesome with the customers! The food was perfect and the restaurant was very clean. Lots of complements from others during the hour or so I’ve been here!
This is a very happy crew and they are making delicious food and serving it with a smile. We always have a nice time here. Thank you very much!
By far the better one in town. Was so happy when they reopened.
