Sonny's Bbq - Feedback

What Rick Booth doesn't like about Sonny's Bbq:
Worst service (or lack thereof) we have EVER had. Not once were we asked if the meal was OK or if we needed anything else. Would you like a refill on your drink or a re order of all you can eat ribs. Sonnys used to be reliable for friendly, fast and accurate service. But it seems like lately they are always short staffed especially for take out. Orders take a long time to get made and then there is a huge line to pick up your food and then the only girl working the counter is frazzled and hard to blame her.
