Hyatt Regency Sushi

I recently celebrated a birthday dinner at this restaurant, and the sushi was fantastic! There are plenty of options available, and you can also order from the main restaurant menu. The staff is incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any needs. After dining, we enjoyed a stroll along the spacious walkway. They also organize various activities to keep the kids engaged, and the menu offers a variety of choices suitable for all ages.

The best sushi in Trinidad, no contest! The chefs are friendly and knowledgeable, and the service is outstanding—truly second to none!

I absolutely love this waterfront restaurant! The customer service is excellent, the drinks and food are great, and the atmosphere is fantastic. It’s particularly beautiful at sunset!

I love the sushi here. However friends complain about the portion size. It doesn't bother me.
