What User doesn't like about Jaxx International Grill:
I called in my order and asked for the total, but was put on hold. After waiting for 25 minutes, I was cut off and still didn't receive the total. I am now waiting to see how the service will be when I go to pick up my order. It has been two hours since my initial call and my food is still not ready. I have been waiting curbside for over an hour now. There were few employees and a long line of people waiting unattend... View all feedback. What User likes about Jaxx International Grill:
The service at this restaurant was excellent. Our server went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and the ribs were delicious. However, the steak I ordered could have been better. The cocktails were refreshing and definitely worth trying. View all feedback.
