The atmosphere nice lighting and open spacing not much people was there on a Saturday which is strange for a fast food joint .I couldn't tell if its quality of quantity because it tasted a bit boring and in some cases too much black pepper its not really worth $44 for a 3 pcs and its small and taste bad . The restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly. The chicken is excellently prepared and cooked, and the sauce along with the French fries is amazing. The portions are actually quite large! This is definitely my favorite place, Royal Castle, in POS.
This is definitely the best branch in Port of Spain. The area is spotlessly clean—floors, tables, and even the handwashing station. The soap dispenser was fully stocked as well. The service was quick, and the food was excellent. This was my first time dining in a Royal Castle location in quite a while. Usually, I just grab my food to go, but the inviting atmosphere here makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal. I hope they maintain this standard, especially since it's disappointing to see that other branches don't measure up. I understand that factors like location and high customer traffic can impact cleanliness, but it's important that efforts are made to uphold these standards.
I love visiting our local roasted chicken place every now and then, and Royal Castle never disappoints!
Always have to wait for chicken but it taste damn good.
This restaurant in tunapuna isbonenof the best I've been to. It's clean, spacious and the wait time is quick. Efficient staff
