What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The McDonald's at Grand Bazaar provides excellent service to its customers. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive when assisting with orders. The food is consistently good. However, I would have to deduct one star because I wish their delivery times were faster; waiting 20 to 40 minutes for an order is a bit much. Additionally, I strongly advise against visiting the McDonald's in Port of Spain. View all feedback.
The food was really hot and tasted well cooked. The customer service had a bit of a attitude for a sunday.. making annoyed faces at us for not driving up. There was a car in front us so we could not do so. The attitude was unnecessary. In the end, poor customer service good tasting and hot food.
Great fries, bad burgers. Burgers were dry and tasteless. Staff was friendly but make sure and check your orders before you leave, they tend to mix up alot of stuff
Service was horrible. Staff just did not seem welcoming. Cashier with belly fat hanging out of Tshirt. Dirty bathroom. And I was told, "we have nothing. "At 9:30pm. Will never visit again. POS location needs a customer service check.
My experience was short and sweet friendly people good mood!
