Service is always great. Staff is very friendly. Belgian chocolate is the best ice-cream ever!

I am very displeased that I had to witness a worker being publicly embarrassed because she used too much caramel to make a caramel crunch, by one a red lady who seems to be the supervisor or manager. If that is how you treat your workers I’ll refrain from supporting your business . In all decency that is not how you speak to your workers worst yet people.(the Savannah branch to be exact)

Their ice creams are delicious as always, a little too sweet for my taste so this time I opt for a Mango Sorbet and it was very refreshing! Customer service was great.

How we feeling son? Haagen Daz definitely taste better outside of America I always said this. Looks different and taste different! With that being said this is a very cool storefront definitely check it out. We can’t even get cookies n cream bars over here or Mojito flavor Jawn they have smh

It's been a while since I dined at Häagen-Dazs, as I've mostly been getting takeout. While our second server could have been a bit more cheerful, our first server was wonderful! She was very patient and informative. The ice cream was delicious, and the atmosphere was great too. I enjoyed a scoop of coffee and a scoop of Belgian chocolate topped with caramel sauce in a waffle cone, and it was absolutely tasty!
