I got here at 10:50pm on Tuesday and the employees won't open the door they said they are closed when the sign and google said they close at 11pm worst customer service and I'm a tourist this place should shut down they clearly don't need money View all feedback.

Great ice cream..terrible service! No cosistency with their servings and running out of product!
Last week Saturday i attempted to buy an ice cream at 11:57 pm and the door was already closed and the cashier was balancing as indicated by the security guard. I then pointed to my watch signalling it's not 12 as yet they carried on as if no one was standing there .My question is why was the door closed before the closing hour a great example of poor customer services.
