During my visit on a weekday, the restaurant was quite quiet, but I believe it would have a fantastic atmosphere when busy. We shared a table with friends for a Sunday dinner. The highlight of the meal was the well-cooked steak. However, there were quite a few drawbacks. The tables felt sticky and unclean, and the price for the meat seemed excessive, especially considering that it came with very few accompaniments—only chips. Went in with a group, cozy rustic decor and a nice atmosphere. However, for a Saturday night dinner service for the restaurant being less than half capacity, we waited over 1hr 15 for food. The food was tasty, however for a steakhouse the steak selection was minimal and everyone’s steak was cooked a few levels rarer then asked for. Some good local beers, but also very small selection and we had to wait over 20 mins for beer (which was just canned, didn’t need to be poured). We weren’t able to go up to the bar and grab a can as we were instructed to use the tablet and they would bring it out. I believe they were short staffed having only 2 staff in front of house AND bar, otherwise I believe it would have been fantastic with more staff on deck for prompter service.
