However, I have to say they are AMAZING now! The service was great, and the food quality was excellent! I couldn't be happier with my experience at this Jack in the Box, and we'll definitely be returning! A big shoutout to the wonderful staff and manager—you are fantastic! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience! For those who may have had a negative experience in the past, I highly encourage you to give this Jack in the Box another shot; you won't be disappointed!
