I frequent this Starbucks a lot as it is the closest one to where I live. Always excellent and friendly, five stars. This time both of the 'Partners ' who helped were just a tad less engaged, enough to be noticeable. Neither responded to my departing good wishes. It was annoying but I 'm only deducting one star because I 'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. It WAS, after all, just shy of closing time on Christmas eve. My drink was still good, the chocolate brownie still delectable. All in all, still satisfied.

I recently went into the heritage mountain Starbucks and there was a large line of people waiting for online and in person orders. I went back to the car and told my wife how impressed I was with the staff and especially the manager who were efficient and polite. The manager took time to praise the staff and encourage them to take a moment to breathe and wash thier hands. Impressive stuff for the young staff.
