I really wanted to love the lemon meringue pie I ordered, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It looked beautiful, and I think the flavors were good, but they were overwhelmed by an excessive amount of sugar. It was annoyingly sweet. I was really disappointed, especially after spending $37. If I wanted an overly sweet dessert, I could have just gone to Safeway.

I ordered a small whole rubato strawberry pie, but instead received just a piece of it. No one asked if I wanted a slice or the whole pie, and the pie didn’t have any name on it. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but the only response I got was the name of the pie I was supposed to order, which is the Rosetta. I had wanted the Rosetta because of its crust, not the one I received, which was mostly filling and had barely any crust!

This establishment claims to support autistic individuals, yet fails to listen to their genuine voices. They continue to use puzzle piece imagery despite being asked not to, and they have blocked autistic advocates like Margaux. It appears they engage in tokenism with autistic people, and the owner, who is not autistic, supports organizations that promote the idea of autism as a deficit. The issues with this business are numerous.

I picked up a few small pies to try, and I’m so glad I did! They were incredibly delicious! I asked them to heat them up for me, and on a chilly day, they really hit the spot!

A charming little spot in Port Moody! I visited for the first time and was impressed by the wonderful customer service. The aroma in the place was delightful! Since I have a dairy allergy, my options were limited, but I enjoyed the Dark Chocolate Mint Cookie and even managed to grab a Chili-Rosemary Focaccia. Both treats were delicious!
