What Roma Dewan doesn't like about Seven am:
A great cafe on Bay Street that has a great menu to chose from but due to its popularity often you'll not be able to get a table. The staff are sometimes friendly and sometimes not, I think it really depends on the time of the day!Its worth a visit if you get a table. View all feedback. Love this place. Great coffee, fantastic food delicious. Just far enough away from work not to run into work colleagues who want to talk work. We would recommend to others but don't really want to share. Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff who are very welcoming and remember your order and your name! When we are not heading to work we occasionally stop in to take time over the delicious breakfast. Most days it's jus... View all feedback.

Wow Just wow Menu is extremely interesting, food in executed very well and service real quick (ok, ok, I was there on a weekday) Again, do not attempt
Why did I even get out of bed! Had the Ancient Grains salad and half of the ingredients weren't on the plate! Chicken was dry as.

read moreThe cafe on Bay Street is a popular spot with a great menu, though getting a table can be a challenge due to its popularity. The staff's friendliness can vary depending on the time of day, but the overall experience is worth a visit. With fantastic coffee, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere, it's a great place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The attentive staff who remember your order and name add to the positive experience. Despite occasional hiccups like receiving only one poached egg with breakfast, the service is generally good and the food is delicious. Regulars love the seasonal menu changes and the variety of options, from smashed avocado on toast to baked eggs. It's a cozy venue for catching up with friends over coffee, though wait times can be a bit long during busy periods. Overall, this cafe is a must-try for those in the area looking for a delicious and welcoming dining experience.
