What User doesn't like about Hungry Workers:
We have been twice in the last 2 months and the experiences could not be more different. 5 stars for the first visit, food was fresh and delicious it was a reasonable wait but again it was so fresh it wasn't an issue. Second visit was easily a 1 star visit. The food took twice as long to come out (same time of day/similar number of customers) and was terrible. This is my local takeaway when in Port. Pleasant staff and a great range of takeaway food. Eating area outside is always pleasant when the sun is shining. Sandwiches are always oversized for the price.
Good selection of food on the menu with so many choices, hotdogs and burger always on point with great texture and full taste in every bite especially the memphis and topdog
The workers of hungry workers go out of the way to make everyone feel like family. the eating is great, stick to the ribs and there is certainly a lot of it! recommended approach starts at an end of the menu and eats its way...by everything! (the loaded riders should die, and they have the best chicken breeders in the city. I come several times in the week to midday and have done months, and it is still boring.
Delicious food at the right price! Delivers as well. Chips are perfect and great burgers. Highly recommended for a brilliant lunch.
I stumbled on this little hidden gem looking for a quick lunch. It's situated in the industrial area and obviously caters for the local workers, the staff are extremely friendly, the Chef is an extremely friendly American guy who cooks the best buffalo wings I've...tried. It's now my favorite quick lunch place when I'm in town, they source the wings from a local butcher so numbers are limited, best to call ahead as they're often sold out.
