Excellent restaurant, sublime dishes, bedroom and kitchen equipment, the chef makes a remarkable cuisine. A very good quality price. To go almost every year for years everything is there every time really perfect. A few days ago, we celebrated my daughter's birthday and mine at Relais Châteaux Château de Germigney We ate extremely well. The meal was largely worthy of a 1 Michelin star. I really don't understand that position of Michelin. I warmly support, the very good Chef Pierre Basso-Moro and his team as well as all the staff.

I learned the loss of his star. And I have to admit it's totally incomprehensible to me.
