Accidentally found this place while I was driving to Legoland with my family. They had an amazing kale salad that I enjoyed thoroughly. He also had a oat Bar cookie dessert that was to die for. Hands down one of the best restaurants I?ve ever been to. Not vegan restaurant but restaurant period. You can tell everything is made with care, intention and thoughtfully prepared. Delicious, fresh ingredients with a lot of variety. I can?t recommend justone thing bc everything on the menu is superb. I?d gladly return to port Jarvis just to eat here again! Highly recommended. This fully vegan restaurant deserves a perfect 10! Everything we tried was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were incredible. Each dish felt indulgent yet healthy at the same time. The pasta special was incredibly tasty, and the melt sandwich was hearty and surprisingly meat-like, even though it was made from a homemade patty rather than any pre-made meat substitute. I highly recommend this place to both tourists and locals in Catskill!
I absolutely love this place! If you're seeking a truly unique vegan dining experience with outstanding and delicious dishes, you have to check out Fogwood Figs. With great nutritional options and a positive vibe, it’s a must-visit spot for a bite to eat. They also offer some amazing baked goods that I'd highly recommend. The restaurant is beautifully decorated by the couple who owns it, featuring stunning artworks and vibrant plant life throughout. I even learned a new technique for maintaining my Mohawk! You definitely need to visit this gem in Port Jervis. Thank you!
Hands down one of the best restaurants I've ever been. Not vegan restaurant, but restaurant. You can prepare everything with care, intent and thoughtfulness. Delicious, fresh ingredients with lots of variety. I can?t recommend only one thing bc everything on the menu is excellent. I would like to return to Jarvis Port to eat here again! Very recommended.
It's my first time in Fogwood and it's just from Poughkeepsie. I had lunch and the food was really good, including their Unsweetened Iced Tea Lemon Ginger. I have Alice's BLT, the pan meerrot smoke salted tofu, smokey coconut wars, green leaf, tomatoes, homemade onion, roasted scalion Mayo, roasted on local whole sourdough bread. The staff was also attentive and friendly. Very recommended for lunch and dinner during the weekend!
The food is fantastic! We were passing through the town and stopped for lunch and ended up getting dinner to go for later as well. We are well traveled and ate at numerous vegan restaurants and this one stands out. Every dish is so well composed and every component is done just perfectly. They make everything from scratch there and you could tell! I wish we lived closer:
