As a business owner myself the manager is doing her best but the little kids working there are clueless. Waiting almost 30 minutes for some breakfast. Waited at the Drive thru for over ten minutes in the outside lane while they just took inside lane orders. Ended up going inside and told the manager and she yelled at them. Then only got 1 2 my order and had to wait another 10 minutes for the other 1 2. It’s sad these days that kids have no work ethic or care about their job.
Have plenty of change Coins in the tills that way you all don't try to short change your customers without giving the excuse that there's a shortage in coins .. And verify order with customers prior to giving them the wrong order
Ordered a few breakfast taquitos and waited over 30 min for them to not even be right. 3 other customers had received giant orders AFTER we placed ours. Sad I even had to leave this place 1 star, doesn't even deserve that.
Drinks were flat informed employee they replaced it 3 times stating that the they were not flat After telling employee multiple times drinks were flat she rolled her eyes at us very disappointed. Manager came out and stated that they had only changed the syrup.
The service at this restaurant was exceptional. Every staff member within close proximity warmly greeted me and made sure I was being taken care of. The quality of my meal was excellent, which can be difficult to find in some casual dining establishments. I made a special trip from my hotel on the beach to have breakfast and lunch here because the island could really benefit from more dining choices.

I'm a bit disappointed that they no longer offer the chicken fajita burrito, as it was really delicious. However, I ordered the chicken tenders with gravy, and they never disappoint!
I love how clean the bathrooms are. That means that the kitchen is clean too. Service is great everytime I e been there. The staff. It could improve on their pace. A bit faster , quicker communication. Other than that. It's a for me. I love my whataburger all the time.
I had an incredible burger, but what truly stood out was the outstanding service and the friendliness of the staff! After driving all day from Dallas to Brownsville, I hadn’t eaten much and was really craving a good Whataburger! Unfortunately, both of my cards were declined after I placed my order. Thankfully, I was treated to my meal, and now I'm heading to the ATM to settle the bill!
I had an amazing burger and received top-notch service! I was also struck by how clean both the restaurant and the restrooms were. Numerous staff members were actively wiping down tables and picking up trash and used trays. This Whataburger is exceptionally well managed!
Whenever I visit Texas, which is a rare occasion, I make sure to stop by Whataburger. Today, I treated myself to a double burger with jalapeños and some chicken tenders, and oh my, it was delicious!

Help!!! Management really needs to take responsibility for training their staff! We visit four different locations depending on our route, but this one is by far the dirtiest! The service is incredibly slow, and the tables and floors are rarely cleaned. We stopped by at 4 PM, and the place was a disaster—napkins and food all over the floor. We returned around midnight, and despite there being no other customers, nothing had been picked up or cleaned. The floors and tables were filthy, and the employees were just standing around. It's really frustrating! Please take pride in your establishment—it’s disheartening to see it in such a state.
My 16-year-old daughter recently visited the Port Isabel Whataburger with two friends after working on a school project together. She placed her order and was asked for a name to attach to it, so she provided her last name, spelling it out since it has five letters. Unfortunately, the staff member who took her order mispelled it. Later, an employee named Josiah came around to deliver the orders and mispronounced the name due to the error. When my daughter realized what was going on, she flagged him down and said, "That's my order." To her surprise, Josiah responded by cursing at her and complained about how many times he had walked around calling the wrong name. Is this kind of behavior acceptable in a business environment these days?
Exceptional service! Every employee I encountered within five feet greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. My order was accurate, which is quite important at many fast-food spots. I'll happily drive from my hotel on the beach to this location for breakfast and lunch. The one on the island could use some improvement.
I would rate this place zero stars if possible. I visited for breakfast, and everything was cold and burnt. To be honest, the hash browns had a smell reminiscent of body odor, which made both my girlfriend and me feel nauseous. To make matters worse, they served our food like it was a five-course meal. By the time we finally received our pancakes, we felt so ill that we ended up tossing them and leaving.
