What User doesn't like about Jelly trading store:
I was interested in the look of the restaurant it does have character. the first time I visited I bought fruit and vegies which were great. I liked the look of the place so decided to take my family there for brunch the next morning. We arrived at 11.30 to be informed that there is no food to be offered until 12 noon. I only had coffee here but I'm writing because of the staff. The young girl working the counter was a delight. She went way out of her way to help me plan my visit to Port Elliot.
We enjoyed a good coffee in this small café in The Strand, Port Elliot’s historic street, and just across from the Railway Station. We sat outside and looked at the heritage buildings including the Hotel Elliot and the old Council chamber. It’s also a very pleasant walk from the main road end of The Strand to the Southern Ocean at the other end.
Gorgeous little place, that has a limited, mainly vego menuFood was good .... We basically had everything on the menu .... Including the only meat dish which was a burgerOne of the better coffee's in port Elliot Staff lovely They also sell fresh produce
