Fishaways from Port Elizabeth Menu

What User likes about Fishaways:
it was our first time to buy from fishaways and we had great service and enjoyed our meal thoroughly. the Prawn-Pops boxes were perhaps the only disappointment, as they had not garnish the amount we hoped, but a mixture of things in it. altogether nice eating and taste though! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Fishaways:
18 March 22 been receiving such great customer service from the coloured lady in training. She's so warm, friendly and very professional. Until today when Ferida spoiled my impression of this establishment she deserves to go to the back of the line and not be up front back of the line as in the kitchen where she's not seen or heard cos she's very abrupt and has no customer service. Also, the portions on the website for the family platter vs what you get is definitely not a large rice portion and medium chips portion. Very disappointing but fresh tasting food.

Eating good, just disappointed that their portions are not consistent.

Food and service was good. Eating utensils were not provided in the take-away. Would also like tartare sauce to be included with the fish.

Bought a hake and fishcake platter yesterday. Fish oily and mushy definitely not fresh. Chips not crispy. Fish cakes clearly overcooked. Whole meal looked like it was not freshly done. Have had good food there in the past so what was up with the staff yesterday!!!!!!!!!!

Bought calamari strips on 20/09/2017 at 19:30. Came in a small cardboard box which wasn't even half full. There were 5 small strips in the box which is a rip off for 25 odd rands. Taste fine but quantity terrible. Made me wonder if staff are not short supplying customers and putting the balance in their pockets as this quantity can't be right ?
