My experience with Pizza Hut's Port Elgin branch was disappointing. Despite specific requests for a well-cooked pizza with extra chili flakes, my order arrived half uncooked and missing chili flakes. When I called, Sarvajeet or Surpriya was uncooperative and argumentative. They eventually replaced the pizza without offering compensation. The lack of professionalism warrants a one-star review.
