2.5 stars Pros: - Excellent and attentive service - Delicious Caesar salad, French fries, onion rings, and bottled tartar sauce (much better than those)

Lord Elgin has earned the title of serving the best fish and chips in town. Their all-you-can-eat fish and chips on Monday is a definite must-try. The secret to their delicious fish lies in the crispy batter.
