White Spot Port Coquitlam

Worst experience ever they overcharge you and the Manager comes up with an attitude without saying HI very unprofessional didn’t solve my problem instead saying I made it cheaper otherwise it would be more but it’s a lie menu price was $12.99 but they charge $15.99 on my bill I know it’s $3.00 difference but still it’s money. I have worked in customer service I know customers not always right but at least don’t overcharge them. I’m not going there anymore. Worst management at this store. Unprofessional and very Rude

Was a good environment. Was pretty slow so service was also great. You always know what you're getting at white spot. It doesn't mean it's the greatest food I've ever had but it is what I expected

We do not live in BC. Actually from Ontario. Always make it to White Spot at least once during each visit. I had the salmon burger Have to say I loved it

Came on a Sunday morning girl at the front told us a 10 minute wait. However, it was actually a 30 minute wait. They seemed understaffed as there were a lot of tables still available. When we got our food one of the dishes (the cheese steak hash) all the potatoes and ingredients were soggy and filled with fluid. The only reason this is a two star rate and not a 1 0 star rate is because of the excellent service from the server.

Decided to spend Thanksgiving with my uncle. Had a wonderful low-key meal at White spot. They're struggling a bit with their staff as it is really difficult to find people nowadays, but our waitress worked hard and got us our food and drinks and we were very happy.
