What EJ doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Used to be good but it seems like they never have more than five types of donuts, and the cashier just doesn 't care. Just today she said Hi there and immediately began speaking to her colleague when I was about to order. She didn 't even hand me my order, she just tossed it on the counter without saying anything.It might be an understaffing or management issue, but either way I 'd much rather take a 15 minute detour... I have visited this Tim Hortons multiple times over the years. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in the quality of service. The staff does not seem to be very attentive or friendly, and there is a high turnover rate among employees. The food is not up to par, as I have been given burnt bagels with a haphazardly placed blob of butter in the middle. It is frustrating to have to return to have my order remade correctly. It appears that they prioritize speed over quality when it comes to fulfilling orders.

The restaurant was quite disorganized, with staff bumping into each other even though there was only 1 customer in the store, 2 cars in the drive-thru, and 6 people working in the kitchen. The food, however, was delicious.
I used to go to this timmies somewhat regularly but it got so bad that i had to stop going. order an iced coffee? you got about a 30% chance of it being good. ive received burnt bagels breakfast sandwiches. the staff changes frequently and seems stressed all the time (maybe train people up properly and pay them more lol) i don’t blame the staff because honestly if i was making minimum wage id also give minimum effort. such a shame because i love timmies but i now only go to the one on lougheed because it is reliable with their quality.
Really bad experience, the manager at this location not only shouts at her staff but also just threw my order on the counter with no courtesy , as she had to redo it for some reason. If you are in the service industry you cannot take out your anger towards
