This restaurant is amazing because it is open 24 hours, which is rare to find in today's post-COVID times. The staff has always been friendly and provides good customer service. Sometimes there may be rowdy locals hanging out there due to the long operating hours, but it is still a great place to grab a late night meal. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
I had a 2-for-1 voucher for sandwiches at this restaurant. The night worker refused to honor it and then wouldn't even sell me one sandwich when I explained I could only afford one. This was a terrible experience with bad business practices and customer service. The worker was also very rude to other customers. Overall, it was a terrible experience. View all feedback.
6 p.m. ...always unkind female employees.The bread is cold...It is always unsatisfactory. The male staff in the evening is always the best.It seems that training of ?? employees is necessary.
Friendly staff after 11 pm. Open 24 hrs is great too.
Terribly slow service. Team doesn’t help each other out. No customer service at all. ZERO effort. Clearly they hate their job. Location is always dirty. Pop all over the counter, sandwich wrappers laying in the middle of the store. Rude to customers main issue with the store. They have one really nice taller guy who works there overnight, he’s great. Staff during the day are a problem though.
Daytime staff arent the best. The overnight staff are always amazing. Been coming here for years. This is my go to location. I avoid it during the day due to the staff being quite cheap on the toppings. Night shift throws the thing together exactly how i want it. The nightshift knows how to take care of its customers. The cookies are always soft, the bread is always good, the toppings are never shorted, they make it exactly how you want it to be at night. Super friendly night shift and hard working. Avoid during the day and go in at night.
I love subway!Expect this location.They never have the soups .. why is it on your menus if you never have it .. the employees never say it’s out for the day. But just rudely say. “No, no soup today” …Take the soups off the menus if you don’t have them! I suggest it for this location especially because they haven’t had anything for soups the past 10 times I’ve been here.Won’t be coming back to this location anymore.Please get your soup game back on track or hire some new employees that knows how to take it out of the freezer abs heat it up for your valued customers .. It’s a thought
