Thank you, the store manager accepted the exchange for two of the products and I ended up getting more products when I did the exchange LOL. Awesome customer service.————————-I bought a couple skin care products at Pommes, when I opened one of the products, the sealed aluminum foil already off. It must be someone opened it because the other bottles I got were fine and tightly sealed. I brought this bottle back to the... View all feedback.
What Mike B doesn't like about Pomme Natural Market:
Not healthy, most product of this store is NOT ORGANIC, see what happened after one week purchase this honey??? it's all sugar. not good for health. super expensive.MORE PHOTO IS COMING OF FAKE ORGANIC PRODUCT. View all feedback.
Not only smells AMAZING upon entering, the quality and selection is something I've not seen before. Unique products and quite inspiring. And the outstanding happy staff was the icing on the cake per say.Thank you, I will be back!!!!!
Pomme Natural Market in Port Coquitlam is a hidden gem for health-conscious individuals. The store offers a wide variety of organic and natural products, ensuring high quality and freshness. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The store's clean and inviting atmosphere makes shopping a delight. Highly recommended
I love this grocery store! I actually drive from Squamish every two weeks or so because the produce here is so much more fresh and 1/2 the price of what I would spend in Squamish on organic produce. I spend around $100-$125 for two weeks worth of fruits and vegetables and they last!!I highly recommend this grocery store :
I think this is the problem of honesty, when I said to the sales manager that, how should I compensate for this bottle of vitamins C? If the Pomme Natural Market have product insurance, I think we should have a right to know that, product insurance protects businesses from the fallout that occurs in the event. I am happy you clarified that, you do not have insurance for products that are broken or damaged by customers but you understand that breaking a product is usually an accident. I think I should pay for the bottle that was broken. Thanks so much for response and clarifying!Hi,I usually go shopping in Pomme Natural Market POCO almost every week. I like the healthy and nutritional, fully organic or local and spray-free produce in market. Last Saturday, when I was buying some supplements, I accidentally knocked down a glass bottle of vitamins that was placed on the edge. The glass bottle fell to the ground and broke. I feel very sorry, so I asked if I need to compensate for this bottle of vitamins. The sales manager of the supplements in market let me pay this bottle of vitamins C. At that time, I also felt that I should compensate for this bottle of vitamins, and I was very relieved about it. But when I talked about this with my friend, my friend told me that normally the supermarket should have insurance for this kind of accident, so I should not to pay the full price for this bottle of vitamins C, this made me very confused. I don't know if the Pomme Natural Market have this kind of insurance, I would like to double confirm and learn if I should pay the full selling price of this bottle of vitamins C in this case according to you market policy? Thanks!Regards
