Mcdonald's - Port Coquitlam

Great for kids. This McDo has a great kids play area (huge plastic structure for kids to go in and climb and slide down). This location is also cleaner than other McDo's I have been to.

Great, speedy service. Location is always clean and is kinda of bumpin' on weekend mornings?! It's actually quite heartwarming- families having breakfast together, older folks catching up with friends and laughing over muffins and coffee. Youths hanging out and chatting. Great, lively location that I enjoy visiting when I can.

CBO chicken bacon onion. Crispy fried onions on a fluffy bun. Pretty good!

This drive thru will always ask you to park and wait so that they can make it look like they are keeping good order times.

Terrible customer service. Yesterday, Aug 15 2023, I went to the drive thru to order a large iced water for my grandmother who was experiencing heat exhaustion and they refused to give out water on a day that it got up to 37! They said they would not give us a cup of iced water unless we made a purchase of an item. Water is a basic human right, especially in the middle of a heat wave. They finally gave her a SMALL cup of water and refused to give any more than that. We have always been customers at this location to purchase food. The customer service has always been terrible but after yesterday we will no longer visit this location. Staff there clearly need to be trained better. Jeez having some compassion at least towards an elderly person.
