We were not offered coffee refill we never got our water we asked for. Hostess was friendly, waitperson was also friendly but forgot many things, needs more training, I guess it’s a miracle to have staff so we try to be understanding! We’ve eaten at IHOP in different locations and the food was consistent good as always. View all feedback.
We (daughter and I) were up and out early this Sunday morning, heading to an appointment in New Westminster.

Ordered the steak medium rareServer actually told me it comes to them frozen and they can only cook it medium to well.
My favorite in this area. Nice staff, clean place and very tasty food!! I had Bacon crusted chicken and my mom had Rousted turkey and we enjoyed every bite love their original pancakes too!
Great service and waitress(Christina , fast service, delicious pancakes and hot tea-brought two plates as we shared and whipped cream on the side, even though I forgot to ask and no problems as the food was free as I joined the pancake revolution a few years ago.: only down I found was busy, even at 11am but the restaurant is small.
