The food and drinks at this restaurant were delicious and delivered quickly by friendly staff. However, there were some issues with service due to lack of training. What User doesn't like about Grelhados:
We had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. The service was a bit slow and it was clear that our server had limited experience (no offer of coffee or dessert, no offer for drinks). It would be beneficial to have a more experienced server who could mentor the younger ones. The restaurant has a lot of space and can accommodate six people comfortably. Very good food and service. beautiful ambiente. the waitress was efficient.
Went with a party of 6 and all but one meal (off the kids menu) was wrong when it first came. Staff was very nice and super apologetic, and once the correct food came it was great!
The interior waitresses were very nice. However, food was not as great as the pictures seemed. The spinach dip was a little dry. Cheese toast seemed like they were microwaved? And the chicken tenders tasted like it was from Costco. We were anticipating good Portuguese food but it’s okay. The only good part was the bowl. Seems a little overpriced for the portion and quality. I got half a can of gingerale for the price of 3.99.
Truly a hidden gem in Port Coquitlam (as I saw someone else commenting on this place Came here on a really nice sunny evening; caught the happy hour (from 3-6pm/9pm-close)Really relaxing and spacious environment. Decent food and service??Chips Spinach Dip — worth to trythe chips were pretty impressive?
Everything about this place is amazing! Great customer service, delicious food and spacious. We will definitely come back
