Chipotle - Port Coquitlam

I visited the restaurant with my 8-year-old daughter, who ordered barbacoa. Unfortunately, it was not well-prepared and was too tough for her to eat. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they simply apologized but said there was nothing they could do. I couldn't believe it! Instead of offering her a different option, they chose to lose a customer. As a result, my daughter is now hesitant to return to this place. I hope the person in charge realizes they need the authority to address such issues. This was a disappointing experience, and I believe management should be better equipped to handle customer concerns.

I was really disappointed with the quality of my so-called "quesadilla." It was more like a mess than anything else. We couldn't even remove the shell, as the inside was just a soft jumble. I was excited to try it at first, but I can't understand how this could be considered a meal.

The ingredients are fresh, and they often choose bowls over burritos because they seem like a better value. The service was excellent, and the best drinks are their house specials, such as the watermelon lemonade and the mandarin soda. Both are so delicious!

We just bought 4 burrito shells of chipotle in port coquitlam. when we came home and opened, 3 bowls were only half full and the 4th was a maximum of 75% full. we were very disappointed to say the least, and it has no sense to go back to the load to make a fall. in comparison to their situation in surrey it is a great difference. perhaps the owner at poco tries to maximize his profit on cost of the customer? I don't think we're going to this place again.

Great food quality, super convenient Chipotlane and pickup. Been looking forward to this place opening for a long time and go at least once a month. The Android app is easily the best in the business. So easy to use and the orders are always hot and fresh and on time. Try the lemonades instead of the usual soda fountain stuff, they're the same price! Love this place.
