What Luke doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Extremely slow counter service. I know they prioritize drive thru but I had to wait 10 minutes at the counter to get my sandwich and I was the only one in line!!!! Tables were not clean and they made the wrong wrap for my wife. Very disappointing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Your Location I recently visited your establishment and ordered 2 coffees, 1 tea, and 2 wedges. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the way the staff handled my order. I received only 5 pieces of wedges in each cup, and when I inquired about it, the staff member was unresponsive and rudely mentioned that's all she had. Another employee, possibly a trainee, at least apologized for the inconvenience. I wanted to bring this to your attention to highlight the mishandling of the store and the resulting disappointment for your clients.
