It's a pay-it-forward establishment, meaning that if you can afford to pay, you absolutely should. All funds collected go towards covering the bills for those who can’t pay right now. Despite the staff being all volunteers, the quality of service and food is outstanding. The team is incredibly friendly and dedicated to helping others. I wish there were more restaurants like this in every community. Their soup and sandwich specialties at lunchtime are delicious and filling!

I opted for the co... read more I can confidently say that the eggs Benedict at Bistro 163 was the best I've ever had in my life, and I'm quite the enthusiast for this dish. I opted for the corn-rind version, which melted in my mouth beautifully. The poached egg was perfectly runny, and the English muffin was soft and gently sliced with a fork, unlike the tough muffins you sometimes encounter.

Ed gave us a wonderful history of how... read more This place place is so much more than just a great restaurant (the food is amazing! , it's a place of friends and service. Ed gave us a wonderful history of how this non-profit restaurant came to be and how it has functioned to uplift their community by providing meals to anyone in need. And in turn the community uplifted them during covid so that they could provide an incredible amount of meals to anyone in need during the pandemic. Love their mission and will definitely be back! Thank you guys for what you do!
