We placed an order by DoorDash from here in Arizona to my son in Florida for his 23. Birthday. In the DoorDash app I asked if the restaurant could write Happy Birthday on the bag and cross my fingers. And they did it!!! They printed this sweet little sign, attached it to the outside of the pockets, and the DoorDash driver ensured that it could be seen when my son opened the door! Love it! View all feedback.

Not too bad, food was good. The only real disappointment was that after submitting our payment for the bill our server disappeared. We were the only customers left in the section she was working. My wife finally went in search of her and found her in another section of the restaurant seated and talking with another server. After getting her attention she seemed surprised that we were still there. My wife just explain... View all feedback.
LOVE THAT NEW ORLEANS SEAFOOD PLATTER....BUT I had not been to this location in a few years since it is quite a distance from where I live, but today I was really in the mood for that NEW ORLEANS SEAFOOD PLATTER, and thank God, it was still on the menu. Theresa, who was my waitress, told me that I had a choice of 2 SIDES, and then she added that as 1 of my sides I could choose the SALAD BAR, and since RUBY TUESDAY has one of the best salad bars around, I chose that as one of my sides, and FRIED ZUCCHINI as the other. Food was truly exceptional, especially the fish, I do believe it was the best I ever had in this place. Zucchini great, Salad Bar great, coffee overpriced but great tasting. Then came the bill. There was an additional $1.99 charge for the Salad Bar, and when I pointed out to Theresa that she had distinctly mentioned that I could have that as one of my sides, she never, ever mentioned an upcharge. She did take it off the bill, but you know what...I was so disappointed in my server. I may be an old lady, but am far from senile, so I don't like to be snookered, if that's even the correct word. So that took quite a bit of the pleasure out of my luncheon experience here today.

Absolutely terrible experience. (Got takeout through Grubhub) Our server Evan called to inform us of their limited menu (not reflected or mentioned online). Changed my order and mentioned that we needed extra ranch dipping sauce. He even said that he put it on several times which he did according to the bill... 5 times to be exact. But not a single ranch was received with the already dried out incredibly average chicken. Make sure you either dine in to ensure they do their jobs or just go to another average chain establishment and probably get better service.

The facilities are clean, well organized. Everyone follows the guidelines for social distancing so that the cartridges feel safe there. The food is fresh and cooked for perfection. Our server, Richard, was gracious, knowledgeable about food and drinks, pleasantly helpful. The manager, Nick, even came out to ask if we were satisfied with everything. He showed his sincere care for his customers. We had a wonderful experience in this facility.
