Dunkin' - Port Charlotte

The service at this restaurant was very disrespectful. The food lacked flavor and we were unsatisfied with our meal. The staff also made a mistake with our bill and refused to correct it. We left feeling disappointed and will not be returning again.

Our experience at the restaurant was terrible. The waitress messed up our order and even forgot to take our friends' orders.

It may have been an off day when we visited, as the restaurant was nearly sold out of everything we tried to order. They were out of bagels and croissants, so we ended up settling for English muffins. Surprisingly, one of us received a bagel sandwich even though we were told they had no bagels. Additionally, they were out of salted caramel drinks, so we had to choose different options. The vanilla latte we ordered was unexpectedly bitter, which was disappointing as it is usually sweeter. Despite the workers' efforts to make do with what they had, the overall atmosphere seemed disorganized. It appeared that other customers were also having similar experiences, based on what I observed while waiting in line.

Unfortunately in the line for 30 minutes for a coffee. we were the 8th in the line. Usually most thrus rock, but today this fell very short. the personal was nice what they could, but apparently underoccupied for the day?

Wasn’t open when I came I believe do to it being thanksgiving. Usually the coffee is better than Starbucks
