This place is garbage, the food is either cold or burned. Staff is rude and they seem to close at random times. Just look at the reviews!! They say they close at 7, but I went one day and they were closed at 20 till 7 and refused to serve me. Other reviewers complained about the same thing!! This used to be a good place to eat. As I went to the mall this morning, I was thirsty. Charleys stopped to get a coke. Your computer was downstairs and couldn't be out of my credit card and I had no cash. You gave me one anyway. I told them I would return after my walk and pay them at that time. I returned to pay and they didn't leave me and even gave me a refill. What a great experience with their wonderful customer service. Thank you.

You can take the Cheesesteak out of Philly but you can't take the Philly out of the Cheesesteak
First time getting their cheese steaks. Excellent taste tried one with everything and it was awesome. Very pleasant workers and got our food quickly. We will be back to enjoy again real soon.
Show up at 6:45 and they say they just closed... After asking what time they close she tells me at 10 till 7, so I should have had 5 minutes right? Seriously poor customer service to lie and make up a time because you dont feel like serving a customer right before you close. I eat here weekly, not anymore. UPDATE: After being asked to contact their customer service I did, I was hoping to see some sort of resolution. Instead I was run around for three months in emails. First I was told the store would contact me and that didn't happen. I was told the matter was escalated several times and still no one contacted me. Finally I was told the regional team was on the case!! Did not happen... I was told oh sorry we are short staffed right now. They could have just said that in the beginning. In the end they offered to give me some points on their mobile app if I had an account. I declined... I wasn't looking for a hand out, I was hoping to get a better experience from charlies after all we have been eating there for more than 20 years. After declining their offer I haven't heard from them again. It's clear to me now why they are closing so many stores in my area, they just don't care. They only asked me to contact them on my review so it seems to everyone else like they reached out and solved the problem. They did not, it's just a ruse from a PR team who does nothing in the end.
