Description

Perched on the Mississippi in Clinton, this tidy, family-friendly riverside spot pairs creative pub fare with sweeping water views—and the occasional train rumble—making it an appealing stop for boaters and drivers alike. Menu highlights range from standout fish tacos and burgers to vegetarian portobello options, with generous portions, attentive servers, heated patio seating, live acoustic music, and a kids’ sand area. A few guests note inconsistent preparation, uncomfortable metal seats and sporadic bartending, but most praise the clean, inviting atmosphere and delicious, reasonably priced food.

This restaurant offers stunning views of the Mississippi River, and you can easily reach it by boat or car. The train runs right through the establishment, adding a sense of history to your dining experience alongside the delicious food and inviting atmosphere. It's a family-friendly spot, perfect for those with children (just be sure to keep an eye on little ones near the water and train tracks). The food is both tasty and reasonably priced, with generous portion sizes. The staff was attentive and courteous. The menu features pub-style fare with healthy options, catering to a variety of dietary needs. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy a meal while taking in the lovely views!

Such a cute little place, with great food! I love the decoration, and the spot on the water makes for a lovely view. I got the fish tacos and I highly recommend, although I did not like the coleslaw that came with it.

Great atmosphere...great sunset view of the Mississippi River. Most of all great food.

This is a lovely restaurant that I would give a 4 out of 5 stars. The main drawback was the bartender, who could benefit from a more positive attitude. However, the staff, particularly the waitresses, were friendly and attentive. The food was tasty, although a bit pricey. The metal seats were uncomfortable; after sitting for three hours to enjoy the entertainment, they felt pretty hard. We've been there twice, but I'm uncertain if we will go back.

Exciting news about the menu update! The food, service, and atmosphere remain outstanding. I had the chance to try the new portobello sandwich, and it was truly delicious!
