They definitely know how to kill the prawns. With being on a small island full of fishing boats we were excited to try the local sea food. Big disappointment! The garlic prawns were rubbery way too over powering. Now we love garlic and onions and are strong believers they should go in almost every dish, but the amount of garlic was unbearable..
