Breakfast doesn't seem worth it. ( personally, I thought breakfast items were unreasonably expensive)For lunch and dinner I mostly ate their sandwich, schezwan fried rice/ noodles. They tasted amazing. You'd definitely get value for your money (in terms of quality and quantity) if you order these. Rest of the menu was expensive in my opinion.Really nice, friendly chef. What User doesn't like about Cafe del Mar:
Cafe del Mar is the cafeteria owned by Barefoot Scuba Resort. We had our Free breakfast and one Lunch over there. Options are limited, but food is fresh and tasty. Pretty empty during lunch and dinner time. Morning you will find bit crowded, mostly occupied by people who are staying there and getting ready for the Scuba dive or from the sister resort who come there for Scuba dive. View all feedback.

However the waiters are a little stuck up and arrogant sometimes. Cafe del Mar also makes simple, but hearty lunches for the divers(not on the menu).Hats off to the chefs for these too!

It is a small and simple place but with good food and reasonable prices. Foreigners are happy to get some non-spicy food here!
We ate here for breakfast, lunch and dinner most days during a 7 night stay at Barefoot Scuba and tried most things on the menu. There is a good selection and everything is very tasty. Also very good value for money. It's not fine dining but just what you need after diving. Be warned that they don't always have a license to sell alcoholic drinks! We were dissipated a few times when in desperate need of a cold beer!
Came here due to trip advisor reviews but it turned out to be one of the worst places to eat. The only good thing about this place is the setting of the cafe, it has quirky chairs. However there are a lot of mosquitos here, the service is very slow. There is only one person manning this cafe and this person has to collect the food from across the road from the main restaurant. There is no back up generator so we ended up sitting in complete darkness several times. Paying the bill took almost half an hour due to the fact that the food was being collected. I only had dessert which was horrible. We tried the chocolate mud cake which was dry and the chocolate lasagne which was lasagne pasta with chocolate sauce.Overall a waste of money and time dont go here. If you are a westerner you wont like the dessert in India as its very artificial.
